Tending the Garden A Nature Constellation Workshop Saturday, September 26 · 10:30 AM–12:30 PM Behind the High Park Nature Centre What are you tending in the garden of your life? Together, we’ll explore the wisdom of plants, trees, animals, the elements and the wider living world through a nature constellation process. We’ll begin with a blind tea meditation, receiving a plant ally without knowing what it is, and noticing what emerges through our senses, bodies and intuition. We’ll then listen for the collective question or intention that wants to guide our constellation. What wants to take root? What is asking to grow? What needs tending, nourishment or release? Through nature, embodiment and community, we’ll create space for movement, connection and resourcing, listening to both our individual stories and the larger field of life we belong to. No previous constellation experience needed. Bring your curiosity.
