BLISS - Full Moon Aerial Sound Bath

Celebrate the full moon floating in a hammock, with sound bath + cacao! Rest & Float! Journey begins Suspended in soft aerial hammocks, Guided Meditation, Mantra, & then surrender to relaxation as Sounds of the bowls carry you into deep rest. Instruments will be placed directly on & around people's bodies while they are suspended in a cocoon, so they can directly feel the sonic vibrations, a form of vibroacoustic therapy shown to relax the nervous system. Danielle plays crystal bowls and other insruments, and has a background inTibetan Buddhist meditation, biofield tuning, & TCM. Peter Shao is a shamonic healer, Monochord musician, and works in TCM. No previous aerial experience necessary, come relax & receive. All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Nepal flood.
