Circling: A Relational Meditation

Encounter yourself and others in the present moment. What Is Circling? Circling is a relational meditation where participants share their authentic, present-moment experience — sensations, emotions, thoughts — in real connection with each other. As each person brings attention to the present and reveals what's alive for them, a unique and ever-shifting relational field emerges between everyone in the circle. What to Expect We'll gather for approximately two to three hours in a small group. Brief context will be shared for those new to the practice, and then we'll dive in. Expect moments of real contact, some discomfort, and genuine connection. There will be time between circles to reflect on what emerged. Who Is This For? Everyone. Whether this is your first time hearing about Circling or you've been practicing for years, you'll be met where you are. No prior experience required. Location Private residence, Kits Point area. Specific address will be in your confirmation email after signing up. For returning participants, the same spot as always. No One Turned Away for Lack of Funds If finances are a barrier, reach out for a complimentary ticket. We'd be happy to have you. A Note on Brave Space Circling is a brave space, not a guaranteed "safe space." It is not therapy, nor is it inherently trauma-informed. The foundational agreement is that we are here to reveal our experience — not to help, heal, fix, or change one another. This can be profoundly liberating, but it can also be activating. Participants are encouraged to take responsibility for their emotional well-being, to share honestly when activated, and to seek additional support if needed.
