Experience Tantra: Connecting S*xuality with Spirit

Awaken and cultivate your s*xual energy, and unite it with spirit. In Tantra, s*xual energy is seen as a potent life force that can be consciously directed towards awakening, healing, purpose and greater aliveness. Through breath, energy circulation, and solo and partnered practices, we’ll explore how to connect with and cultivate this energy, discovering ways to intentionally work with it and direct it towards higher consciousness. You’ll be invited to slow down, tune in and discover what becomes possible when we meet desire, sensation and energy with curiosity, consciousness and choice, rather than rushing towards an outcome. You’ll have the opportunity to: • Learn ancient and modern Tantric practices • Awaken and circulate s*xual energy for greater purpose and aliveness • Cultivate your orgasmic potential and expand your capacity for pleasure • Connect with and explore the subtle body • Explore the relationship between s*xuality, consciousness and spirit • Explore desire, boundaries and authentic choice • Bring greater depth, vitality and fulfilment into your everyday life No partner is required. This is not an explicit s*x workshop and there is no nudity. All practices are invitational and held within a framework of consent, choice and personal boundaries.
