On the menu tonight: Cod à l’Armoricaine, a classic coastal dish gently simmered in a rich tomato, white wine, and aromatic sauce. Braised Pork Tenderloin with Cider, paired with tender leeks and sweet apples—a perfect balance of savory and subtly sweet flavors rooted in Breton farmhouse cooking.
