Your Chef: Kelly-Dawn Keitel On the menu tonight: Whipped Brie with Maple Whiskey Cranberry Sauce - A delicious marriage of creamy brie with a warming, almost savoury, cranberry sauce that will do double duty with your main course. Dry-Brined Turkey with Potato Puree, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Apple and Sausage Stuffing, and Gravy - Up your turkey game by dry-brining overnight and roasting to perfection in a fraction of the time. Make sure to wear your turkey pants for this plate! Pumpkin Spiced Bundt Cake with Buttermilk Glaze - Tired of pie? Hate making pastry? This crowd-pleasing cake gives you the comforting flavour of pumpkin pie without all the the fuss. $119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees) Enjoy 10% off the entire store on the day of the event! Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person. We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place. In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
