Mexico Celebrates: Dio de los Muertos – Chef Luis - Cooking Class

A festive Mexican-inspired evening celebrating Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) through food, colour and traditional flavours. Please read our Class FAQ before registering! Your Chef: Luis Lopez On the menu tonight: Starter: Esquites — Mexican street corn with lime, chili and cotija Appetizer: Crispy chicken tinga tostadas with pickled onions and fresh salsa Main: Chicken enchiladas with rich mole sauce and Mexican rice Dessert: Pan de muerto-inspired sweet bread with Mexican hot chocolate $119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendee) Enjoy 10% off the entire store on the day of the event! Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person. We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place. In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
