The evening opens with a short, guided mindfulness practice and gentle stretching, followed by soft sounds on the harp performed by Rebecca Blair as you lie down and allow the music to unfold around you. Tea will be served afterward, with time to wander the galleries and Artisan Shop. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement and rest. Sleeping pads and light blankets are provided; please bring your own cushion or pillow. Please be advised that ticket purchases are subject to a payment processing fee and service fee charged by Eventbrite. Please note this is an 18+ event.
