Parent-Child Sound Bath 8yrs+

Spend quality time with your child in this engaging sensory experience where children will learn belly breathing and mindfulness techniques. Brains that "fire together wire together", that's neuroscience and a fancy way of saying, sharing experiencies with your child will strengthen your bond.
