Your Chef: Bruno Feldeisen On the menu tonight: Oysters Gratinees (French Baked Oysters): Fresh oysters on the half shell topped with a rich garlic, herb, and breadcrumb mixture or velvet mornay sauce, baked until bubbling and golden brown. Duck à l'Orange: Crispy-skinned roasted duck breast and leg served with a classic bittersweet sauce infused with fresh orange juice, zest, and a touch of Grand Marnier. Chocolate Bûche de Noël: A traditional French Yule log cake made of light chocolate sponge rolled with velvety chocolate buttercream, finished with a textured chocolate ganache bark and festive decorations. $119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees). Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person. We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place. In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
