Join me for a deeply restorative evening designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself. You’ll be guided through a gentle grounding meditation before settling into the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and other therapeutic sounds. Throughout the experience, I’ll also offer Reiki energy healing, with elements of somatic sound healing to support deeper relaxation and connection with the body. This experience is created to help you: • Calm a busy mind and nervous system • Release accumulated stress and tension • Support deeper rest and relaxation • Reconnect with your body and inner awareness • Restore and rebalance your energy No previous meditation or sound healing experience is needed.
