Led by Blair Graham BScN, RN, you’ll gain practical, up-to-date knowledge to help you feel informed and confident every step of the way. In addition, prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist Lucy Ulmer will teach you how to prepare your body for labour through intentional, specialized movement, and how to safely begin your recovery and healing journey after birth.
