Surrounded by nature’s own harmony—the sounds of birds, frogs, and the forest around you—this intimate experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore. Please note: This event begins promptly at 6:30 PM. Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and renewal as we combine the grounding practice of Yin Yoga with the soothing vibrations of a Sound Bath. We begin with Yin Yoga, a gentle and restorative practice that encourages stillness, releases physical tension, and creates space for deeper awareness and relaxation. Following yoga, you'll be guided into a Sound Bath featuring crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. Allow the calming sounds and vibrations to support deep rest, relaxation, and a sense of inner balance.
