Governed AI in Mission-Driven Organizations: A Working Model

Matthew Burbidge, founder of Fractal5 Solutions Inc., will walk through a practical governance model connecting intent, evidence, decision, action, telemetry and review. The session will explore practical questions including who has authority to decide, which sources should be trusted, where human approval is required, how information boundaries are maintained, how consequential actions are documented, and how an organization can reconstruct why a decision was made. No One Left Behind, an initiative of Blue Wave Action Group, will be used as a bounded real-world case study showing what happens when human stories, research, media, community relationships, sensitive information and organizational decisions intersect.
