Join us Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Keating Farm in the Cowichan Valley for the family-friendly Daytime Celebration and Community Harvest Meal, or gather with us in the evening for the intimate Harvest Dinner. Come hungry. Leave inspired. DAYTIME CELEBRATION Explore. Learn. Gather. 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Spend the day immersed in Vancouver Island’s vibrant food and farming community. The Daytime Celebration is a family-friendly farm gathering where guests can meet the people behind their food and explore the relationships that bring Island food from farm and sea to table. Enjoy live music, farm experiences, demonstrations, children’s activities, local food and beverages, selected story and information stations, and conversations with farmers, fishers, chefs, producers, students and community organizations. Adult and youth Daytime Celebration tickets include: • Access to the Daytime Celebration. • Community Harvest Meal. • Farm experiences. • Live music. • Demonstrations and food-system stories. • Selected information stations. • Children’s activities. Children five and under may attend the Daytime Celebration at no charge. A separate child meal ticket is required if they will participate in the Community Harvest Meal. HARVEST DINNER Celebrate the Harvest. 5:00–9:00 p.m. As the sun begins to set, Harvest Table transforms into an intimate long-table dining experience celebrating the extraordinary bounty of Vancouver Island. Participating chefs will collaborate with Vancouver Island farmers, fishers, growers and producers on a multi-course dinner rooted in the harvest season. Each course will connect the people, ingredients and place behind the dish. Guests will experience exceptional hospitality, live music and chef, farmer, fisher and producer storytelling that keeps the meal at the centre while creating a deeper connection to the people who made it possible. Each Harvest Dinner ticket includes one welcome beverage. The optional Vancouver Island wine pairing is sold separately and offers another layer of place-based storytelling. Additional beverages will be available for purchase. HOW TO BOOK Daytime Celebration + Harvest Meal Choose your ticket type and, when prompted, select your preferred Community Harvest Meal time slot. Your selected time slot is the time you’ll enjoy your meal, it is not your event arrival time. Daytime Celebration guests may arrive anytime between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Bringing the family? Youth and Child add-ons will automaticly show prior to check out. Once you’ve selected your tickets and meal time, simply complete your booking through Eventbrite. Your confirmation and tickets will be sent by email. Please note: Meal time slots have limited capacity and may sell out, so we recommend booking your preferred time early. Harvest Dinner Select the Harvest Dinner ticket for each guest attending. During booking, guests will be able to indicate dietary requirements and other information needed by the culinary team. An optional wine pairing will also be available for eligible adult guests. Full details will be provided through the event’s ticketing information.
