Expect perfectly ripe tomatoes, wild PNW seafood, and melons so sweet you'll never look at a grocery store melon the same way again. All expertly crafted into world-class dishes. Our public events are a unique experience where you will enjoy a delicious 8-course meal, curated by Top Chef Canada Winner Paul Moran, surrounded by the beauty of the farm. Things to know: • Dinner includes an 8-course experience with organic vegetables from the farm making up 60% of the meal, and the remaining 40% is from surrounding fields, forest and ocean. • A small selection of non-alcoholic beverages are available, and there is a $0 corkage fee should you wish to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy. We do not sell alcohol on site. • Seating is shared along beautiful live-edge wooden tables. • Kindly note this is a scent-free dining environment.
