An Evening of Soulful Music, Meditation & Intention Setting Inner Light Fest is a collaboration between MA Wellness & Yoga and the Art of Living Foundation. It's an evening of soothing mantras, meditation, and thoughtful reflection. Inspired by Diwali, the celebration of light triumphing over darkness, we’re shifting our energy inwards to discover the light within ourselves. Reconnect with gratitude, reflect on what matters most, and set an intention for what you’d like to bring more of into your life. Experience beautiful mantra-based melodies and ancient wisdom with Dr. Hitu Jugessur, senior Art of Living instructor, accompanied by musician & meditation teacher Karthik Chatapuram. Together, they’ll guide you on a soulful journey from uplifting music into meditation and stillness. Enjoy Ayurvedic-inspired refreshments and festive mocktails as we celebrate life and the joy of being together. Whether you're new to meditation or looking for an evening to unwind and reconnect, you're warmly welcome. No previous experience is needed.
