Restorative Reiki and Sound

Unwind • Realign • Restore Join us for an evening of ultimate rest, relaxation and a little magic ✨ You are invited to join Sarah and Andrea for a deeply nourishing evening of rest, healing and energetic renewal. This special 1 hour event weaves together the calming support of restorative yoga, the gentle power of Reiki and the soothing vibrations of live sound healing featuring crystal singing bowls and chimes. You'll be guided through restful, supported poses while receiving nurturing Reiki energy, helping you release stress, quiet your mind and reconnect with inner stillness. No yoga experience needed, come as you are. Ideal for anyone craving deep rest, energetic balance and a precious moment of peace. Come dressed in your coziest, most comfortable clothing (layers are always lovely!). Bring your mat, and know that blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows will be here for you. You’re also welcome to bring anything special that helps you feel extra cozy, supported, and at ease. This is your time to slow down, settle in, and feel held 💛 Reserve your spot early and give yourself the gift of rest and rejuvenation 🌿 (Please arrive with enough time to settle into your space - we will be starting right on time). 🗓️ Saturday November 14 ⏰ 5-6pm and 6:30-7:30pm 📍 Greenglade Community Centre ✨ $30 investment
