Enjoy a fun outdoor fitness class led by Matty! This is a circuit training class hosted outside for a fun, quick, feel good workout. All ages and all fitness levels welcome! We provide all equipment. We'll have two trainiers - one to help with form and another to safely deliver instructions. We meet every Tuesday at 10am at Captain Jacobson's Park in Esquimalt. Your first class is only $10 - then drop in is $15 per class. Bring a friend and you'll both pay $10 everytime!
