45 min class in our Wellness Studio - Tues + Thurs at noon. $15 members / $20 non-members. 2031 Store Street. A mix of strength and cardio on your mat, with dumbbells and fun music to keep you moving. All levels welcome! Fees: All classes are $15 for members + $20 for non-members. Please make your payment at Member Services before your class. Fees are non-refundable within 24 hours.
