September Seaside Hypnosis for Stress & Anxiety Relief

Join us for a relaxing in-person session by the water! Experience the power of hypnosis to ease your stress and calm your anxiety. Let the gentle sea breeze and soothing sounds help you find peace. This experience will feel much like a guided meditation but with more purpose in helping you release things that are maybe on your mind and weighing you down. Even if there's nothing big in your life, this will be a great mind massage! Stef is a 2x board certified hypnotherapist and she's excited to bring this experience in a group form for this unique seaside experience. If you're new to hypnosis we will bring this gentle modality to your awareness and remind you that you are in full control. If you're not new to hypnosis, it will be exciting to experience it as all hypnotherapists have their own unique style. Bring a blanket/towel or something comfortable to sit down on the ground. You'll be sitting for about 45 minutes. Prepare to be in the shade or the sun as it will be determined on the day of. Limit of 15 spots.
