Starting July 2nd, Victoria launches a new run club featuring a five-kilometer race followed by a yoga session. Visitors will see runners complete the distance and then participate in a cooling-down class.

starting July 2nd - Victoria has a new run club. join us for a 5k run then a yoga class to cool down. the Lab has always been a place to find common ground through movement, and now our studio is taking this out into the world with social Thursdays. join us for a 5k run that wraps up just in time to cool down in either our 6:30pm Free Flow (lvl 2) or our 6:30pm Restore each week. expect a conversational pace, and a warm welcome from our team. all levels and abilities - no one is left behind! 🗓️ Thursdays, 5:30pm - 7:30pm 📍The Lab Victoria 💌 free to join the run (please book your free ticket) and book your class on our website.
