Or do you need tools to help take you deeper in character in a safe and caring manner? Acting often asks us to enter intense emotional worlds—sometimes exploring grief, trauma, fear, anger, or deeply vulnerable experiences. This course offers practical techniques to help navigate that emotional journey while protecting mental and emotional well-being. Beginning with script and character analysis, participants will explore grounding and mindfulness, emotional preparation, boundaries between actor and character, managing triggers, and healthy recovery after demanding scenes.
