Circle of Security: Fall 2026

Circle of Security is a FREE program for parents and caregivers who want to deepen their connection with their children by better understanding their child’s behavior, reactions, and needs. Registration is for all 8 weeks of the course. Join us for this 8-week session where you will: • Get tools to understand your child’s emotional needs • Gain skills to support your child in managing their emotions • Learn about the patterns and importance of emotional security • Support the development of your child’s self-esteem • Become more skillful in noticing and managing your own emotions and reactions • Connect with other parents in a nonjudgmental, low-pressure space Childminding for children aged 1-11, bus tickets, a warm meal, and free parking are available at every session. Registration is for all 8 weeks of the course.
