(IN PERSON and ONLINE) Session held by Hailey Kupiak from the Canadian Mental Health Association Hailey Kupiak, a Winnipeg based educator, professional coach, and mental health advocate, she will led our upcoming EmpowerED conversation on Foundations of Self Care. Drawing on her experience with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Manitoba and Winnipeg, Hailey will share practical, evidence based strategies to support mental well being, manage stress and anxiety, and build healthy self care habits. The session encourage participants to make self care a priority and explore ways to support their emotional well being while navigating life with Parkinson’s.
