Every Story, Every Mind: Shaping The Workplace Of Tomorrow

Join us in person to explore how every story and perspective can shape a more inclusive, thriving workplace of tomorrow. What does the future of work look like when every voice matters and every perspective has a place? Join Student Catalyst Gateway (SCG) for the 2026 SCG Symposium: Every Story, Every Mind - an inspiring day dedicated to exploring the power of diversity, equity, opportunity, and the next generation of workplace leadership. This symposium brings together students, emerging professionals, business leaders, employers, community organizations, and changemakers for meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives, and valuable networking opportunities. We believe the future of work should be shaped by everyone. Every individual brings unique experiences, ideas, talents, and ambitions. By creating opportunities for people to connect, share their stories, and learn from one another, we can build workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to contribute, grow, and succeed.
