We will discuss cake recipe, tools, and different types of buttercreams. We will then sculpt a buttercream pumpkin cake. In this class, we discuss how to bake a globe-shaped cake and the tools needed. You will learn how a pumpkin cake recipe and different types of buttercreams. We will then sculpt a pumpkin cake using buttercream. Attendants will leave with a 6" pumpkin cake to take home.
