Join us for Paddle & Power, a fun-filled afternoon of group kayaking and workouts to boost your energy and vibes! Welcome to Paddle & Power! Get ready to move, paddle and sweat! We’ll kick things off at 4:00 p.m. in the park’s main parking lot, beside the black trailer, for check-in and waiver signing.

From there, we’ll head to the launch area for a 15-minute activation workout, followed by 30–45 minutes of kayaking on the water. After paddling, we’ll finish strong with a 25-minute, more challenging workout on land. Bring your own yoga mat (optional) and water bottle. Come ready for a fun mix of fitness, kayaking and fresh air! All sales are final, unless there is a need to cancel due to heavy rain
