Soundbath

Free RSVP- $15 admission payable at the door. Sound Bath Journey: A Path to Stillness Chill out and relax as soothing sounds wash over you in this in-person sound bath experience. Step away from the noise of everyday life and into a shared journey of sound, breath, and deep rest. This in-person session blends live didgeridoo with layered resonant tones to guide you through a full-body sound bath experience — no two moments quite the same as the vibrations shift and move around the room. We'll settle the mind, creating a safe space for you. From there, let the low, earthy hum of the didgeridoo and the shimmering waves of sound wash over you, easing tension and inviting a deep sense of calm. Bring a mat, blanket, or anything that helps you get comfortable — you'll be lying down for most of the journey. All you need to do is arrive, settle in, and let yourself be carried. Whether you're new to a sound bath or a regular seeker of stillness, this is a chance to reset your nervous system, quiet a busy mind, and reconnect with yourself. Come as you are. Leave lighter.
