Celebrate World Pickleball Day with Black Pickleball Canada! 🇨🇦🏓 Join Black Pickleball Canada on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at The Picklr Winnipeg South for a fun, welcoming celebration of pickleball, movement and community. Whether you’ve never picked up a paddle before or you already love the game, you’re invited to come play, learn, connect and celebrate with us. At Black Pickleball Canada, we believe access is where opportunity begins. World Pickleball Day is an opportunity to make the sport more accessible, introduce new people to the game and create a space where everyone can feel that they belong. Your World Pickleball Day experience will include: • Beginner-friendly pickleball instruction with Pam Sellers • Group warm-up led by Alistair of Flex Fitness • Open play and games across two courts • Post-play cool-down with pickleball-focused personal trainer Mikayla Swift • Brief presentations from Black Pickleball Canada and our participating community partners • A short Q&A with our instructors, trainers and organizers • Community vendors and partners • Giveaways and prizes • Plenty of opportunities to meet new people and discover the pickleball community No experience? No problem. Beginners are not only welcome—they are one of the reasons we’re hosting this event. Paddles will be available, so you don’t need to own equipment to participate.
