ECSTATIC DANCE ZÜRICH · WILD HEART

ECSTATIC DANCE ZÜRICH · WILD HEART Theme: “DESCENT INTO ECSTASY” A deep Ecstatic Dance journey into the body, the roots, and the primal pulse of life. Inspired by the waning Moon, this evening invites us to slow down, descend beneath the surface, and release what no longer needs to be carried. We begin with grounding and root-chakra energy—connecting with the earth, the body, our instincts, and our sense of inner safety—before allowing the rhythm to guide us into deeper surrender and ecstatic freedom. From grounding to activation. From the roots to release. From the body into ecstasy. ECSTATIC DANCE · ROOT CONNECTION · EMBODIMENT · SURRENDER ✨ First time joining us?
