Join Brinda in person at Zurich Bahnhof for a relaxed urban sketching session. Urbansketching with Brinda in Zurich Bahnhof USK Workshop: Ferrari on Paper Course Instructor: Brindarica Bose Will this be indoors only or outdoors? Depends on the weather, we shall meet at 14hrs, below the big clock in Zurich HB. Date: 28 November 2026 and 5 December 2026. Time: 14-17 hrs CET. Payment link: https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/B4FWULAE5HKPA With limited time, how can we consistently improve? How to utilise those 10-15 minutes in the subway, at the doctor’s longue, or that 45 minutes wait? With this workshop you will learn to speedsketch, and become a Ferarri on paper and learn how to sketch on the go. More precisely: Part 1: A5 papers wit pencil (1) How to find focal points and draw with 4 speed sketches in 4 directions. (2) How to work with a charcoal pencil or 6B to accentuate a view point. (3) Paint fast with two complimentary colours in big shapes. 4) Loosen up, and see the beauty in your ‘half-finished’ sketches. Part 2: A4 paper or your USK diary with watercolours or brushpens With loose watercolours, and strategic use of ‘paper-whites’, you will colour big shapes with warm and cold colours. With a busy place like Zurich Bahnhof, with movement, colours, people, stalls, and the Christmas market, you will find enough subjects, learn to skim through them, filter out one subject with which you connect the most. Please bring along: 1. Pencils (4B, 6B) 2. Watercolours and brushes 3. Watercolour paper or sketching diary. 4. A comfortable sitting stool, and weather appropriate clothing. Any queries?
