Good work that is hard to explain, hard to price, and easy to overlook. In this keynote, Antonio Herrera shows how creative skills solve real business problems. You’ll discover how to align your work with the vision of the company you work for, or how to build a business around your own. Two anonymous case studies show the thinking in practice: a company report that set a business apart from its competition, and a luxury real estate project that created value through better relationships, without losing time or money. With over 15 years in brand, interior, event and experience design, he has worked with leaders across sports, aviation, luxury, finance, insurance, creative industries, professional services and IT. He holds a Master of Arts in Design, specialised in visual and empathic communication, with executive education in business, finance and psychology. He has also lectured at Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) the Module Creative Business Design. Today, Antonio helps leaders align quickly, so strategy turns into action without invisible friction, delays, or loss of productivity and money.
