SOMA Breathwork

New Moon in Scorpio | Reprogramming the Subconscious New Moon in Scorpio | Reprogramming the Subconscious Scorpio New Moons expose what’s been running quietly beneath the surface — old emotional patterns, guarded defenses, nervous system habits formed long before you had a choice in the matter. This is one of the deepest portals of the year for subconscious rewiring and identity shifts. Why this session matters For corporate employees, pharma leaders, and financial sector leaders navigating career change, this is a space to actually metabolize what the nervous system has been holding — not just manage it. SOMA Focus • Deep hypoxic breathing • Emotional memory release • Nervous system trust and safety Through guided SOMA Breathwork, music, and visualisation, you’ll descend beneath old guardedness, release what’s ready to go, and rebuild a felt sense of safety in your body — so you move into the next cycle lighter, clearer, and more whole. Spots are limited — make sure you reserve yours.
