Cacao & Sound - Morning

Tune into the frequency of love with cacao and a sound bath with Alchemy Crystal Bowls Bowls by Crystal Tones. Join for a morning of Cacao and Sound — a ceremony designed to open the heart, calm the mind, and reconnect you with your own inner rhythm. We'll begin with a shared cacao ceremony, opening space for presence and connection, before moving into a sound journey designed to guide you into deep states of relaxation and release. No experience is necessary — simply come as you are. What to bring: • Yourself — nothing else is required • Comfortable clothing you can fully relax in • Your Journal and something to write Good to know: This ceremony is a gentle but potent experience. Cacao is a mild stimulant and can affect heart rate; sound journeys can bring up strong emotional or physical sensations as the body releases tension. This offering may not be suitable for you if you: • Are pregnant • Have a heart condition or high blood pressure • Have epilepsy or a history of seizures • Have a diagnosed psychotic disorder or are currently in a mental health crisis • Are currently taking MAOIs or certain heart medications (cacao can interact with these) If you're unsure whether this ceremony is right for you, please reach out beforehand so you can talk it through together. A Sound Bath feels like being bathed in sound – it helps you find deep rest and can support you in improving your sleep, creativity, and self-healing capabilities. No prior experience is needed.
