As a breathwork facilitator, I blend various techniques to guide journeys aligned with our shared goals. My background is in neuroscience and breathwork, and I value both the spiritual and scientific aspects of the practice. My main goal is to create a nurturing space for you to connect with your inner self. Important Note: By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are mentally and physically stable to participate.
