Yoga Session + Tea Ceremony Feeling the need to reconnect with your inner strength as the colder season approaches? We are Lena Krasnokutskaya, a yoga teacher, and Natalie Pirmann, a tea ceremonialist and we’d like to share with you a way back to that feeling. Amidst the seasonal changes, one of the most important things we can do is rediscover our own inner foundation. Recognise what remains unchanged beneath the surface. And learn what the darker season has to offer as it shifts our attention from the outer world to the inner one — to the hidden and intuitive parts of ourselves. We came together with the idea of creating a practice to support you through this seasonal transition. What is this gathering about? A connection to what lies at the core of who we are. An inner knowing that remains steady beneath the noise. A quiet certainty, rooted in something deeper than thought. A sense of knowing that needs no external validation. We create a space with sence of balance, self-trust, and inner resilience. Every element of our gathering will be chosen with intention — from the asanas we practise to the two carefully selected teas and the aesthetically visual atmosphere of the ceremony.
