THE EMOTIONAL PANTRY

Traditionally, the harvest season was a time to gather, preserve and prepare.Pantries and cellars were filled with jars carrying a little sunshine into the colder months ahead. What if we did the same with our inner harvest? On the eve of the Harvest Moon, we gather to reflect on the season behind us and prepare for the one ahead. Through breathwork, somatic practices, guided reflection and sharing, you'll create your own symbolic "jar" filled with the experiences, insights and resources you want to carry forward. What memories, lessons, strengths or moments of joy would you preserve? What deserves a place on your shelf for autumn and winter?
