AFROECLIPSE - An Afrofuturist Journey in Two Acts

MAAYA Berlin transforms into a stage of transition: a space between light and darkness, myth and machine, spirituality and technology.Each evening becomes part of a continuous narrative held together by a narrator. Music, light, dance, and projection merge into a modern club-theater piece that consciously breaks away from traditional concert formats, turning the audience into participants in an immersive ritual.Act 1 was hosted on August 12, coinciding with the Solar Eclipse, focusing fully on Berlin based artists.Act 2 will be hosted on October 10 & 11, combining a forward thinking, balanced line up showcasing artists from across the Afro-diasporic world, creating a space for expression and exchange.
