Down in the ANTI Spa, sauna and cold plunge are open throughout the day, with scheduled infusions guided by our Sauna Master whenever you need to slow down, reset and recover. Up in the Lounge, refuel with matcha, smoothies, healthy snacks and hydration, listen to music and spend time with the community. You’ll also have the chance to discover WHOOP, learn more about your recovery and readiness, and start a trial to experience it for yourself.
