Most couples attend anywhere between 23 and 36 weeks of pregnancy. This is the ideal window to learn, integrate, and practice everything calmly. But of course: If you haven’t taken a birth preparation course yet, you are welcome to join even later. Even at the end of pregnancy — you can still join. It is never too late. Some couples come early, others last-minute.
