In this interactive workshop, Joel Chippindale will explore with us how we build trust in our working relationships, and what you can do more deliberately to grow trust in your key relationships. Joel is a CTO Coach who has supported over 150 talented engineering leaders to grow in their roles. He also has more than 20 years of experience leading teams, including CTO and COO roles at a range of start-ups and scale-ups. After a short presentation, we will work hands-on in small groups to discuss practical ways to build trust in your own organizations.
