After so many of you asked for a way to bring our online community together IRL, we’re finally making it happen! Join me for our first community meetup in Berlin. We'll spend a morning dedicated to moving our body, slowing down and spending some intentional time together. We’ll start at 10:00 AM at Mauerpark with a 45-minute Pilates Sculpt class taught by Andrea Gonzalez @and_balanceinbody who teaches at Becyle. Expect controlled movements, plenty of repetitions, pulses and shakes. It'll be challenging but energizing, all levels welcome. After Pilates, we’ll take 15 minutes to slow down with a little guided journaling session, including some prompts to help you pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself. No journaling experience needed, just bring an open mind (and your favorite pen). From there, we’ll head together to LAP Coffee on Oderberger Straße, where we’ll have time to hang out, chat and get to know each other over drinks and pastries. And there’s a little extra treat waiting for us: you’ll be among the first to try LAP’s new Pumpkin Spice Latte & Pumpkin Spice Matcha, launching just three days before our event. 🍂🍵 What to bring: 🤎 Your mat 🤎 Comfortable clothes to move in 🤎 Water 🤎 A towel 🤎 Your journal + pen Important info: This is a community event with a maximum of 15 participants and registration is required. Only registered attendees can participate. The exact meeting point for the Pilates session in Mauerpark will be shared via DM with confirmed attendees a few days before the event.
