This 3-hour workshop, guided by Transformation Designer Daniele Lauriola and Creative Health Facilitator Kathy Känzig, turns toward the voice narrating everything you've noticed, mapped, and tried to shift this year. Self-compassion is capacity to act and a far better companion for change than shame ever was. So this session goes a layer deeper: past the patterns themselves, into the quality of the inner conversation running underneath them. Through guided reflection, embodied practice, and shared moments, you'll explore: the narrative you carry while trying to change what it means to meet yourself the way you'd meet a good friend going through the same thing small, creative ways to stay soft and steady with yourself Rather than pushing for a breakthrough, we're staying with the conversation itself.
