Ecstatic Dance - Breath, Cacao & Movement | Dharma Studios Kreuzberg

An evening of cacao, Kundalini, breath and free movement - to reconnect with your body and aliveness. We begin together. A warm cup of cacao. A moment to arrive. To breathe. To meet each other. To feel the body and connect with what is already moving within us. Through Kundalini, breath, meditation and voice, we move out of the thinking mind and create space to feel, express and listen to the body. And from there, we dance. 🌊 Move wildly. Move softly. Close your eyes. Meet someone. Dance alone. Dance together. Lie down. Breathe. Everything is an invitation. The music moves in waves — from spacious and grounding into playful, powerful and expansive — before slowly bringing us back towards stillness. We close together, allowing the body to rest, receive and integrate before stepping back into the night. Coming by yourself? Beautiful. Many people do. This is a space to connect with yourself while sharing the experience with others. Follow your own rhythm. Take space when you want space. Meet others when connection naturally arises. Come as you are. 🌿 The Journey 18:30–19:00 · Arrival Cacao · Land in the space · Meet each other 19:00–20:00 · Opening Journey Kundalini · Breath · Meditation · Voice 20:00–21:30 · Ecstatic Dance 🌊 90-minute musical journey with Sebastiaan Lefuce 21:30–22:00 · Soft Landing Deep relaxation · Integration · Closing Doors close at 19:00 so we can begin the journey together.
