We run the slowest pace available at Slow Poke Run Club (and in all of Berlin!) with our pacer Meg, and each Wednesday, we increase our distance ran through the month of September! OCTOBER 7: Run and Walk with 2km at 8:30/km alternating between walking and running OCTOBER 14: 2km run @ 8:30/km OCTOBER 21: 3km run @ 8:30/km *please note there will be no bag drop available for any of these Wednesday events!
