Founders Co-working & Mentoring Day

The best part of a founder day is rarely the desk. It's the founder two seats over who solved last month the thing you are stuck on today. We are running a Coworking Day together with Founders Hub Berlin, where we will focus on deep work, coaching from people who have done it, and a room that shares what it knows. Founding is lonely, even with a team around you. Here, you'll get quiet time to focus, a one-on-one with an investor, a masterclass to take home, and a full day of trading what actually works with people who understand your week. 🧠 Who it's for Early-stage and scaling founders actively building: shipping product, raising money, leading a team. 🎟️What your ticket covers A full day at The Delta, coffee, breakfast, your one-on-one with an investor and experenced founder (first come, first serve - as we only have 6 slots), a one hour Masterclass, and a community of founders. You leave with your work moved forward and a handful of people you can message next week. Agenda 🕘 09:30 - 10:00 - Arrival and BreakfastGrab coffee, croissants, meet the room, and get settled. 🗣️ 10:00 – 11:00 - Intro Rounds We split in small groups, share what you are building, discover collaboration opportunities. You leave the day with at least 4-5 people you know really well. 💻 11:00 – 13:00 - Deep Work Solo co-working: tackle your to-do list, roadmap, or tough decisions. 🥗 13:00 – 14:00 - Community LunchWe’ll head out as a group. Everyone covers their own lunch. 💻 14:00 – 16:30 - Studio Hours with Kazuna Yamamoto During this block, founders can sit down with Kazuna Yamamoto, Head of Studio Operations at The Delta, for a focused spar session. Bring your pitch, your fundraising questions, your GTM strategy, or whatever's keeping you up at night. Kazuna is a 2x founder (Fintech, B2C Marketplace) and investor (Automotive, LatAm and Europe) and part of The Delta Studio team backing early-stage founders building disruptive products. Sessions are 20 minutes long and first come, first served (based on when you sign up for the event) 🕔 16:30 - 17:30 — Masterclass: The Non-Dilutive Funding Roadmap, from Pre-Seed to Series B In this masterclass, you will learn how non-dilutive funding can complement venture capital across every stage, from pre-seed to Series B, using tools like R&D tax incentives, grants, and public programs to extend your runway and strengthen your position in equity negotiations. Led by Marten Pieper, CEO of re:fund, the session covers common application mistakes and how to build a cohesive, stage-by-stage funding roadmap. Founders Hub Berlin is a community of founders who get it. We meet up to cowork every week, run the odd workshop, and have dinners where people talk about what they are actually dealing with, the stuff you can't really explain to friends who haven't built something.
