Meet the Machines

An onboarding session @ FabLab Neukölln. Learn about 3D printing, laser cutting, textiles, electronics, metal, woodworking, and more. Want to get access to 3D printers? Or a laser cutter, digital embroidery machine, or power tool? If you’re looking for textile, woodworking, metal working, or electronics equipment, you’ll find all that at FabLab Neukölln, too. In Meet the Machines, we'll cover the basics of the machines in our maker space(what's available to you, what projects they’re used for, and safety) and answer any questions about becoming a member. You'll also learn how to book machines, how the space runs, and how to get involved in our upcoming events, workshops and training sessions. At the end of the onboarding you'll be ready to start your making journey! If you become a member, the €5 event fee is a credit towards your membership. Become a Maker-ish: This workshop is a prerequisite for Maker-ish Members. For €59 per month, Maker-ish members get open workshop access during opening hours (Mo-Fr from 2-8pm) to work on their own projects. Learn more here.
