In this session you'll experience the work firsthand: somatic exercises, group connection, acting and debate exercises, depth psychotherapeutic work and a real feel for the Social Forest program. No preparation required. Just come as you are.Social Forest is the latest evidence-based therapy program for social anxiety, created in Oxford to deliver the realest results in the shortest period of time. It is coming to Berlin for the first time - after which it moves to Mexico City and London. It is created for people who struggle with social anxiety, self-expression, and belonging. Whether you feel nervous speaking up, blocked from showing up fully as yourself, or simply like you've never quite found your people our community is for you. FLINTA, queer, and neurodivergent people are especially encouraged to apply. The work includes identifying your personal archetype and working through a personal plan even in a group setting, deep somatic and depth psychotherapeutic work, acting exercises, creative public speaking, debating, finding your very own pitch and rhythm of your voice, meditations, an anonymous app for between-session connection and many more surprises, ending with portrait photography and a big celebration.
