That's uncomfortable for a lot of firms and genuinely exciting for a few. AI hasn't changed what great consulting looks like. It's just made it much harder to hide average consulting behind process and day rates. The gap between what most consultancies are selling and what clients actually need is wider than anyone's saying out loud. That's what we want to talk about - honestly, and with people who are already in the middle of it.
